Lord Khorne has brought us to this place. We are here to slay in his name.

There has not been enough blood recently we need to let Khorne guide us on our path to glory.

Bring in a prisoner the blood shall tell us where to go.
The prisoner is up ended and suspended by a chain above a map of the city. The captives throat is the slit and the blood allowed to flow over the map. Where the greatest blood flows Lord Khorne will guide our blades to where the blood will flow.
