The forces of the Alliance descended on the Valleigh like a force of Lightning. The Space wolves, DoomFarers, and Sons of Ursus extracted revenge on the local dissidents to send a message to the Kabal that they were on their way. All 3 distinguished themselves on the field, particularly the DoomFarers, who took top honours on the battlefield. |

| The forces of chaos smarting after their defeat at Santos massed their considerable fleets in an attempt to retake the planet. The fleet of Ork Warlord Rugblott arrived first in the system and proceeded straight toward the planet Santos. The Orks revealed their secret weapon "Da Deff Star". Da Deff Star appeared to have once been a small moon but was now a mobile battle station.. However Da Deff Star was not entirely complete, some bits were still incomplete. A weakness that was to prove its undoing later in the battle. Next to arrive was the fleet or Gorloth the Crazed and he to unveiled his new superweapon. Gorloth's newly activated Blackstone fortress lurked in the middle of his fleet under his personal command. Speeding to the rescue came the Dark Angels under Commander Libace. They started a wide flanking manoeuvre to head towards Gorloths fleet. Ignoring the brave defenders on the planet below. The Space Wolves arrived escorting a convoy of Capitolean Space Rangers to reinforce the defenders of Santos. They faced the daunting prospect of running a gauntlet of both Gorloth and Rugblott's fleets in order to get to the planet. Undaunted the great hero ordered full speed ahead. Admiral Ariel's fleet arrived on the other side of the planet and found themselves facing the much larger fleet of Samael. Samael ignored the imperial fleet and began launching waves of bombers towards the orks. After a token attack Admiral Akrael turned towards the more immediate threat of Gorloth and his fleet closing on Santos. The Orks began to enter orbit around Santos and the twisted genius of Rugblotts new "teknikul advisor" Leonardork Da Viscous became apparent. Several of the Ork ships entered the planetary atmosphere and actually landed on the surface. The Orks began to enter orbit around Santos and the twisted genius of Rugblotts new "teknikul advisor" Leonardork Da Viscous became apparent. Several of the Ork ships entered the planetary atmosphere and actually landed on the surface. In a surprising move the fleets of Gorloth and Rugblott completely ignored each other and turned towards the Space Wolves. The Space Wolves were in trouble and called on the support of the nearby Dark Angels to assist them. Commander Libace calmly ordered reverse thrust for his fleet and left the Space Wolves to their fate. The battle between the Space Wolves, Gorloth and Rugblott was bloody but their could only be one possible outcome. The Space Wolf Battle Barge Iron Wolf was obliterated by Da Deff Star and exploded. The blast destroyed several nearby ships. One by one the space wolf ships were pounded and took shattering hits. The Capitolean Space Rangers took heavy casualties when several of their transports were destroyed by Gorloth’s super weapon. Samael's fleet was still pursuing the Orks and finally the moment arrived, to strike. Normally Da Deff Star would be immune to bomber attacks because of its array of defence turrets. However Samael had planned for this and elite commandos landed on Da Deff Star and shut down the Defence grid. The bombers were then able the strike with impunity. Da Deff Star was bombed back into the stone age. Admiral Akrael attempted to break through Groloths planetary blockade to relieve the imperial defenders. Unfortunately the blockade was too strong and the imperial forces broke off after suffering heavy damage. Admiral Akrael the attempted to launch exterminatus missiles to destroy the planet and deny it to both chaos and the Orks. Unfortunately most of the missiles were intercepted. The planet remains in the hands of Gorloth and the Orks of Waagh Rugblott. |

An imperial invasion fleet arrives at Santos. The first wave consists of several battle company equivalents of marines drawn from over a dozen different chapters. Contingents drawn from a dozen different imperial guard regiments left their bases to rendezvous at Santos for the assault in support of the Emperors finest Space Marines Opposing the forces of the Imperium was the massed might of the enemy, the so called "System Lords". Followers of the ruinous powers and their legions of cultists. Several ork warbands appeared to be attracted by the prospect of a fight and the opportunities for loot scavenged around the battle fields and fell on weakened contingents. The tendrils of Hive Fleet Charybdis were drawn to Santos by the promise of rich feeding grounds. The genetic diversity offered by the different battle forces would, if unchecked, allow Charybdis to harvest the genetic material of the most successful warriors adding to its strength. An imperial beachhead is established and the imperial forces press on to try and secure the planet. Imperial forces encounter Orks and Eldar who try and bar their way. Tyranid swarm ships arrive and begin to feed indiscriminately on all life forms they encounter. Hive Fleet Charybdis is particularly feared, absorbing several imperial contingents. The alien Eldar using their blasphemous technologies to pursue their own agenda alternately aided and halted the imperial cause. In the end the warriors of the Imperium were victorious and succeeded ingaining control of their objectives. The long process of fully securing the planet could now begin. The DoomFarers led the invasion with their contingents of Scout troopers. The DoomFarers sweep all before them, including stopping the tyranid Charybdis swarm and are instrumental in securing the planet for the imperial forces. Surviving Chaos forces withdraw and other Aliens flee. Check out the armies that were used at CTA Here |

The forces of chaos have apparently made good their holdings on the Imperial outpost of Ibor Prime. A surprise attach led by several contingents of chaos space marines surprised the imperial defenders and defeated them. Enemy commanders identified include Arak the Annilator, Gorloth Thyphus Marberg and Angor Bok. |
| Transcript of security camera footage | Alarms begin going off all over the security perimeter for research base 6. Several outbuildings and the barracks are destroyed in the preliminary bombardment or by demolition charges. The perimeter has been penetrated by chaos veterans who have blown up several facilities in a commando style assault. The imperial defenders rally with consummate speed and deploy rapidly to meet he threat. The Red Death were assigned the defence of the space port and were assaulted by Angor Bok and his veterans. Angor led the assault personally and was witnessed climbing the side of the landing pad to fight the Red Death. At one point Angor was hanging from the side of the landing pad with one set of claws and swiped the legs from3 Red Death troopers with the other hand. A madness seemed to grip both sides in their desire for slaughter The Dark Angels defended the command post and were assaulted by Gorloth. The Dark Angels fell back before the assault and suffered heavy casualties. The forces of Haakon Ironwolf and a contingent of Scythes of the emperor were attacked by a contingent of Khorne worshippers led by Arak the Annilator. The Khorne contingent suffered heavy casualties and broke off the engagement. Haakon Moved to intercept the forces of Samael only to be attacked by the forces of Arak led by their blood thirster. The Scythes of the Emperor remained to guard the chapel and were performing a battle service when attacked from behind by Gorloth and his renegades. The Forces of Haakon IronWolf gave a good account of themselves and took many followers of Chaos into hell. They fought their last stand behind the spaceport assaulted on all sides and bereft of any means of escape the sell their lives as dearly as they can. Typhus Marburg led his contingent of disgusting followers against the imperial defenders they smash their way through the imperial lines. A contingent of Eldar renegades fights a contingent of unknown marines. The purpose of this fight in unclear neither side is identified as imperial defenders. The Eldar are victorious and are attacked by the forces of Typhus and driven from the field. |
| Camera pans around base | Everywhere the imperial defenders are overthrown and the forces of chaos are victorious. Imperial forces withdraw from the base with loss of vital equipment and supplies to support the Invasion fleet for Santos |

The Fleets of Gorloth and Sammael launch an attack on Ibor Prime, owned by the Space Wolves. Due to the distance from the warp gate to the planet, the Imperial Fleet is ready. Aiding the small Space Wolf fleet is the Imperial Fleet Pax-Violentus commanded by Captain Ackrill II and the priate fleet of Free Trader Roberts. The violence was immense. Fighters and toorpedoes flew everywhere and did a lot of damage. The Battle Barge, the Iron Wolf was wrecked and captured by Sammael and the flagship of the Gorloth The Sentinel Of Destruction was also wrecked. Gorloth escaped to the devastation class cruiser- the Death of Crove. While the Chaos forces were driven from the field, the Imperial force is shattered. The space wolves have inly 1 non crippled Capital ship and its 2 others are bairly fnctioning. The pirate fleet is decimated with some scattered squadrons and half of the capital ships of Pax-Violentus are crippled. The chaos fleet had many crippled but operational ships, mostly due to the accuracy of the enemy Nova cannons. However the majority of the fleet is still there. In the confusion Gorloth dispatched his veterans to the second planet of Ibor, to sow rebellion and open a portal to Ibor Prime. Inquisitor Scoobus has been dispatched to investigate, but the Thunder Warriors are experts at stealth. The Space Wolves are attempting to recapture the Iron Wolf while the chaos fleets take the opportunity to reattack during the confusion. Gorloth has also blockaded the warp gate against inperial reinforcements. |

A terror long thought vanished from Sector Tiberius has returned. Several forces appear to have encountered Tyranid forces across several locations. Initially the Black Templars encountered a small Tyranid swarm. The battle was bloody and fierce with both sides retiring from the field At the same time a force of DoomFarers encountered another Tyranid swarm. The different composition of the two swarms suggests that they are from different tyranid fleets. In now appears that we have 2 different splinter fleets operating within the sector. These have been named Scylla and Charbydis after the twin monsters of ancient Terran legend. Hakkon’s Space Wolves encountered the forces of splinter fleet Charbydis. This fleet showed how rapidly the tyranids can evolve to counter any defensive tactics and how the composition of their forces alters to match the defenders. The number of space marine armies defending the sector resulted in the swarm increasing the number of larger creatures at the expense of the smaller more numerous creatures. |

The DoomFarers training mission was diverted to investigate the loss of the settlement of Aurelius. While investigating the destruction of the settlement, they were attacked by the Tyranid swarm from Splinter Fleet Charbydis. Again the swarm showed how rapidly the Tyranids can adapt. More hideous bio weapons had been grafted onto the tyranid creatures. The lightly armoured scouts lacked the armour bursting heavy weapons to stop the monstrous Tyranids and they were overrun with heavy losses. Whether the tyranids are able to make use of the Doomfarers geneseed as has been rumoured in other hive fleets remains to be seen |

In the Bay of Hawks constellation there is one none M class Star. This is roughly in the centre of the Constellation and is sometimes known as the eye of the Hawk. This star contains one planet called Mungo Oraki. This is normally uninhabitable. Because of its strategic location the Imperium have mounted an expedition to establish a base this would both serve to provide increased access to those imperial territories in the Hades Cluster and assist in the interdiction of traffic through the region by non imperial forces. |
A detachment of Blood Angels and an unidentified force of Space Marines made initial imperial landings. In the bad weather the forces inadvertently blundered into each other and some casualties were sustained before identification was complete. |
Above the planet the Fleet of the Dark Angels and the Space Wolves was moving to support the initial landings and provide fire support. A chaos fleet led by Angor Bok and Gorloth moved to oppose the imperial forces. In a large scale fleet engagement the imperial forces were driven off. The Dark Angel Battle barge Broadway exploded and 3 Dark Angel Strike Cruisers and several escorts were also reported lost. The Space Wolves appeared to suffer much lighter casualties. Haakon IronWolf is proving to be as able a space commander as he is a ground fighter. The imperial fleet was forced to break off and seek sanctuary in the clouds of gas and dust to make repairs. |
The Imperial fleet now had to make a rescue mission to remove those ground troops landed. The Dark Angel Strike Cruiser Invincible performed this task but suffered heavy damage. |
A force or Orks clashed with The forces of an unidentified Chaos Nurgle Warlord. The Orks appeared to be led by Rugblott himself. The Orks defeated the chaos forces on the Planet but were ambushed when they tried to take their troops off the planet. At least one ork Cruiser was reported to explode. |
The Imperial fleet attempts to escape the system. This is unsuccessful. The Fleet of Gorloth with some ships in Angor Bok’s Fleet moves to Intercept. The Imperial Fleet changes its planned retreat to a rout when Gorloth demonstrates his ultimate weapon an activated Blackstone fortress. This unstoppable engine of destruction forces the imperial fleet to break off its attack and break through the blockade to reach the jump point. Gorloth’s control of the Blackstone fortress may not be as complete as that of Abaddon’s since it did not perform as expected. Several imperial ships were heavily damaged or did not evade the blockade. . The Dark Angel Battle Barges the Westend and The Streisand were both captured by Gorloth. The Space Wolves escaped woith realatively few casualties at the expense of their allies, but with chaos ships in pursuit. "We can ill afford another Mungo Orakei." |
